生肌止痛液治疗痔术后疼痛的临床疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Shengji Zhitong Liquid in Alleviating Postoperative Pain After Hemorrhoid Operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shengji Zhitong liquid,a hospital-prepared for-mulation,in alleviating postoperative pain after hemorrhoid operation.Methods Total 56 patients who underwent hemorrhoid operation at our hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided in-to the treatment group and the control group,with 28 cases in each group.The treatment group received wound dressing changes with Shengji Zhitong liquid,while the control group was given placebo dressing changes.Postoperative pain scores and analgesic effects were compared between the two groups.Results After 14 days of continuous treatment,the total analgesic effective rate in the treatment group was 89.3％,significantly higher than that in the control group(57.1％,P＜0.05).Pain scores in the treat-ment group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 3rd,7th,10th and 14th day after operation(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dressing changes with Shengji Zhitong liquid after hemorrhoid oper-ation can significantly reduce postoperative pain and improve patients'quality of life.关键词
