摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of Shengren Xiaoji Decoction combined with infrared irradiation in the treatment after mixed hemorrhoid operation.Methods Total 88 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number ta-ble method,with 44 cases in each group.The wound surface of the control group was treated with infrared irradiation after operation,and the observation group was given oral administration of Shengren Xiaoji De-coction on the basis of the control group.The observation indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 and 7 days of treatment,the pain and wound scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The wound healing time,the disappearance time of exudate,the disappearance time of edema and pain were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Oral ad-ministration of Shengren Xiaoji Decoction combined with infrared irradiation after mixed hemorrhoid oper-ation can reduce the degree of anal pain and edema,shorten the incision healing time,and improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
