摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of self-formulated Qudu Cuyu Decoction in postopera-tive management of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Total 72 patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid oper-ation at our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 36 cases each.Both groups received Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).The control group received routine postoperative anti-infection measures and wound dressing changes,while the treatment group additionally received oral administration of Qudu Cuyu Decoction.Postoperative wound edema,pain scores,and wound healing time were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The treatment group exhibited significantly lower postoperative edema and pain scores compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Additionally,the wound healing time in the treat-ment group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of the self—formulated Qudu Cuyu Decoction after mixed hemorrhoid operation effectively reduces postopera-tive wound edema and pain while accelerating wound healing.关键词
