伊犁河谷地区双峰驼消化道寄生虫感染调查
Investigation on Digestive Tract Parasitic Infection of Bactrian Camel in Yili River Valley

Abstract
In order to understand the infection status of parasitic parasites in the digestive tract of Bactrian camels in the Yili River Valley region,the saturated sucrose floating method was used to examine the fecal samples of 205 Bactrian camels in Huocheng County,Yining County,Cha County,and Nileke County.According to the test results,79 samples were confirmed to be positive for gastrointestinal parasite eggs or cysts,with an overall infection rate of 38.5%.Among them,roundworms are the most commonly infected parasite species,followed closely by nematodes,while the infection rate of whipworms is relatively low.The infection rate of parasitic infections in the digestive tract of juvenile camels is significantly higher than that of adult camels.Among the four sampling sites,the infection rate of digestive tract parasites in Bactrian camels in Huocheng County was the highest.A survey shows that parasitic infections in the digestive tract of Bactrian camels are relatively common in the Yili River Valley region,and prevention and control measures should be strengthened.关键词
