天津地区肛肠疾病患者拖延就医原因调查分析
Investigation and Analysis of Reasons for Delayed Medical Treatment in Patients with Anorectal Diseases in Tianjin Area

Abstract
Objective To investigate the reasons for delayed medical treatment of patients with anorectal diseases in Tianjin area.Methods A questionnaire-based survey was conducted among patients from the Department of Coloproctology of First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and permanent residents in Tianjin area from 2022 to 2023.Results The information of the in-vestigators was collected through online or paper questionnaires.A total of 385 questionnaires were actual-ly collected,and 167 cases had delayed medical treatment,accounting for 43.3％.26.9％of the patients de-layed medical treatment for the reason that"it has a slight impact but can be tolerated",and such delays caused by subjective self-awareness accounted for about 51.6％,while the impact of medical environmental factors was relatively low.The most frequent symptom in patients with delayed treatment was the protru-sion of perianal foreign bodies or masses.40％of the patients had no understanding of anorectal diseases,68.4％of the patients claimed to have received health education,and 37.7％of the patients expressed the desire to obtain knowledge about related diseases.Conclusion There is a widespread phenomenon of de-layed medical treatment among patients with anorectal diseases in Tianjin area,which is mainly affected by personal cognition.Although most patients have received health promotion,their understanding of the dis-ease is limited,and it is particularly urgent to improve their cognitive level.It is recommended to strengthen the popular science role of clinical physicians to enhance public health awareness and effectively prevent and treat anorectal diseases.关键词
