Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical symptoms of anorectal diseases in pregnant women,and explore the risk factors affecting the diseases,so as to provide certain references for disease prevention and control.Methods A total of 142 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to Decem-ber 2023 were selected to investigate the disease status and general information of the sample group through questionnaire survey.Among them,85 pregnant women suffered from anorectal diseases and 57 did not.The clinical manifestations and risk factors of the disease were analyzed.Results The incidence of anorectal diseases in pregnant women was as high as 59.86％,and the main symptoms of patients were anal pain and blood in stool,etc.According to statistical analysis,the risk factors affecting the incidence of this group included drinking alcohol,poor exercise during pregnancy,gestational age and psychological pressure.Conclusion The risk of anorectal diseases is higher in pregnant women.During pregnancy,women should avoid drinking alcohol,moderately strengthen exercise,and maintain a positive attitude,so as to reduce the risk of this disease.关键词
