摘要
Abstract
The large-scale proliferation of Eperythrozoon in vitro has always been an unsolved problem,which has brought obstacles to the exploration of Eperythrozoon.This paper mainly provides an overview of the changes in the cultivation methods of Eperythrozoon in the past nearly 20 years,such as the amount and types of serum added,the selection of culture media,the culture temperature,and the oxygen content.关键词
