Digital innovation of green printing and dyeing process driven by artificial intelligence:technological progress and future path
摘要
Abstract
The textile printing and dyeing industry is facing the urgent need of green transformation,and the extensive mode of high energy consumption and high pollution in the traditional process forms a structural conflict with the concept of sustainable development.With the strengthening of global environmental regula-tions and the construction of circular economy system,it is urgent for the industry to break through the bottle-neck of resource efficiency through technological innovation.The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology provides a new paradigm for process innovation and is reshaping the material metabolism path of printing and dyeing production.However,the knowledge barriers,system collaboration barriers and institution-al constraints existing in the process of technology integration have seriously delayed the process of digital green transformation.The deep integration mechanism,industrial application obstacles and collaborative inno-vation path of intelligent technology and printing and dyeing process were systematically discussed,in order to provide theoretical framework and practical guidelines for building a digitally-driven green printing and dye-ing new ecology.关键词
