Oxidative degradation of PVA in modified PAN fiber Fe complex/H2O2 system

Abstract
Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fibers were modified with hydroxylamine hydrochloride to obtain amidoxi-mated PAN fiber,which were coordinated with ferric chloride to prepare PAN fiber iron complex(Fe-AO-PAN)catalyst.Fe-AO-PAN was used as the catalyst for oxidative degradation of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA).The effects of QFe of Fe-AO-PAN,oxidant dosage,pH,temperature and other factors on the degradation rate of PVA were investigated.The results indicated that the amount of QFe,H2O2 increased,and the temperature in-creased,the oxidative degradation of PVA was favorable.At pH 4.0,Fe-AO-PAN showed higher catalytic ac-tivity,and the high radiation intensity was conducive to improving the catalytic activity of Fe-AO-PAN.关键词
