光催化型二氧化钛抗菌剂的整理工艺与性能分析
Finishing process and properties analysis of photocatalytic titanium dioxide antibacterial agent

Abstract
The white pure cotton fabric was selected as the base material,the titanium dioxide(TiO2)anti-bacterial agent was finished on the fabric surface by pad-dipping process.An orthogonal experiment was de-signed to optimize the finishing process and explore the influence of light source on the antibacterial effect of titanium dioxide.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,infrared spectrometer and Zeta potential analyzer were used to test and analyze the antibacterial mechanism.Under the optimal finishing process,the lowest antibac-terial rate was 16.9%with no light irradiation.Xenon lamp irradiation of titanium dioxide antibacterial fabric showed the best antibacterial effect,which was 43.1%higher than that of no light irradiation.The results showed that the TiO2 agent was non-dissolution antibacterial agent,and the Ti element on the finished fabric was tetravalent titanium.Moreover,the surface potential of the finished fabric was slightly higher than that of the original fabric.关键词
