一种长链新型黄色酸性染料的合成与应用
Synthesis and application of a long chain novel yellow acid dye

Abstract
Using 2,4-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid as raw material,a new yellow acid dye containing n-dodecyl phenyl carbamate was synthesized by acylated diazo reaction to protect the amino group,and then by coupling reaction with 1-(2,5-dichloro-4-sulfonic acid phenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone,then by condensa-tion reaction with dodecyl chloroformate.The chemical structure of the dye was determined by FT-IR,NMR and HRMS.The influence of dye dosage,dyeing temperature,acid dosage and levelling agent on the color depth of fabric was discussed.The optimal dyeing process was determined as follows:dye 1 g/L,acid 0.4 g/L,levelling agent 0.1 g/L,bath ratio 1∶25,dyeing time 30 min,dyeing temperature 90℃.Under the optimized dyeing process,the color fastness to light of the dyed fabric was level 7,and the color fastness to soap wash-ing,water washing and perspiration stain was level 4-5 or above,indicating that the dye had good dyeing properties.关键词
