Abstract
The properties of PTT fibers were investigated and Anokeron HA dye suitable for dyeing this type of fiber was developed.The effects of dyeing temperature,pH,dyeing time,and dye build-up on color fastness were explored.The results showed that Anokeron HA dye could achieve dyeing at higher pH,with excellent build-up and superior color fastness.In practical production,this dye was suitable for dyeing PTT fi-bers containing a high amount of oligomers.It addressed issues such as difficulty in yarn inversion under acid-ic conditions and the need for frequent vat cleaning,thereby saving energy resources such as water,electrici-ty,and steam.It also improved dyeing production efficiency and yields PTT yarn products with controllable quality,excellent dye penetration,and outstanding color fastness.关键词
