卓越兽医病理师培养模式探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of the Training Model for Excellent Veterinary Pathologists
摘要
Abstract
In order to align with international veterinary pathology education and cultivate high-level veterinary pathology talent,China Agricultural University actively explores a specialized training model for outstanding veterinary pathologists.We select excellent graduate students to participate in rotations at animal hospitals and internships at breeding enterprises,conduct regular case analysis reports,and invite experienced pathologists from both domestic and international backgrounds for professional guidance.Through a two-year systematic training program,we strengthen graduate students'practical abilities in clinical sample analysis and histopathological diagnosis,aiming to cultivate internationally-oriented veterinary pathology talent and establish a professional training model along with qualification assessment standards that are in line with international practices.关键词
