情满天山:"教学耕研"一体化人才培养模式探究

Abstract
Higher education is the main platform and important driving force for talent training and scientific and technological innovation.Cultivation and reading education are an important part of realizing the connotative development of talent training,and is the key to comprehensively promoting the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations.As an agriculture-related major,agricultural and forestry economic management should adhere to the basic value orientation of cultivation and reading education.Taking the national first-class undergraduate specialty construction point of Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example,this paper explores the talent training mode of agricultural and forestry economic management discipline in combination with cultivation and reading education,and puts forward the integrated talent training mode of"teaching,learning,cultivation and reading and research",in order to provide marginal contribution for discipline construction.关键词
