Digital Economy Empowers High Quality Employment:An Empirical Study Based on Mediation Effects and Spatial Durbin Modelling
摘要
Abstract
As the digital economy progresses into a new phase of smart economy driven by artificial intelligence,its impact on employment quality becomes a pivotal concern.This article utilizes panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022,systematically analyzing the impact mechanism and spatial spillover effects of the digital economy on high-quality employment levels.The following conclusions are drawn:the digital economy has the potential to significantly boost high-quality employment opportunities,though the efficacy of this impact varies across different groups;the role of artificial intelligence technology as an intermediary mechanism in enhancing employment quality within the digital economy is a salient factor;the digital economy exerts a substantial positive influence on the levels of high-quality employment in both local and neighboring regions.关键词
