摘要

Abstract

This study focuses on the application of batch pyrolysis technology for treating oil-contaminated sludge from an oil extraction plant.The research primarily includes an analysis of the pyrolysis characteristics of the oil-contaminated sludge and the optimization of heating time and temperature T parameters through field experiments.The results of the field tests indicate that the pyrolysis process of oil-contaminated sludge can be divided into several stages:drying stage(50℃≤T<180℃),light oil component volatilization stage(180℃≤T<385℃),heavy oil component pyrolysis stage(385℃≤T<550℃),and semi-coking and inorganic mineral decomposition stage(T≥550℃).By understanding the properties of different oil-contaminated sludge materials,the optimal pyrolysis time was determined to be 25-40 hours,and the best pyrolysis temperature was found to be 400℃.After treatment,the oil-contaminated sludge met the requirements of DB23/T 3104-2022"Pollution Control Requirements for the Disposal and Utilization of Oilfield Oil-Contaminated Sludge",with the process operating at a low cost.
