Abstract
With the advancement of zero-fossil oil production plant construction,the North China Oilfield has fully utilized the waste heat resources of medium and high-temperature produced water for clean alternatives in station heating furnace systems.Due to issues such as significant temperature differences in heat exchange,poor water quality of the produced water,and severe corrosion and scaling in the production system,which lead to project shutdowns and high maintenance costs in the later stages of operation,the North China Oilfield implemented a comprehensive corrosion and scaling control method,mainly based on chemical treatment and supplemented with physical treatment,in a high salinity produced water waste heat utilization project at the S transfer oil station.This method enabled smooth operation of the project.To address the key issue of corrosion and scaling in the high-temperature utilization range of produced water in this area,effective corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors resistant to temperatures above 110℃were successfully selected from a source-control perspective to improve water quality.The inhibitors achieved a scale inhibition rate greater than 95%.In process management,heat exchange processes were optimized,and a"single extraction and single injection"approach was adopted to physically isolate medium-and high-temperature produced water from the station's production system.Additionally,an innovative backwashing and chemical cleaning process for key equipment such as heat exchangers was developed to reduce equipment pressure differences.The use of titanium material equipment,alloy valves,and nano-ceramic lining technology for pipelines enhanced the overall corrosion resistance and acid-washing performance of the project.After the project was put into operation,it demonstrated stable and reliable performance,achieving online cleaning of heat exchange equipment.Additionally,the annual frequency of pipeline and equipment cleaning was reduced by more than 30 times,resulting in direct economic benefits of 5.75 million CNY.This method is replicable and scalable for the utilization of produced fluid waste heat in oilfield stations and geothermal heating projects.关键词
