基于LDA主题和SnowNLP情感分析的国家森林公园游客感知研究
Tourist Perception of National Forest Parks Based on LDA Topic Modeling and SnowNLP Sentiment Analysis:A Case Study of Tianzhu Mountain National Forest Park

Abstract
This study selects Tianzhu Mountain National Forest Park in Anhui Province as a case and focuses on online reviews from Ctrip.com.By applying the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)topic model to extract themes from tourists'reviews and conducting sentiment analysis using the SnowNLP text analysis library,it delves into tourists'attitudes and perceptions of Tianzhu Mountain National Forest Park.The findings reveal that tourists show strong interest in the park's natural landscapes,transportation facilities,comparisons with other scenic areas,ticket prices,and services.The analysis reveals that the predominant sentiment among tourists is positive,primarily due to the park's natural beauty,cultural richness,and efficient cable car transportation system.However,negative feedback is also noted,primarily concerning issues such as unfriendly staff attitudes,inadequate scenic area management,and substandard audio guide services.The study proposes the following recommendations:enhance the protection of natural landscapes,continuously improve the convenience and comfort of transportation facilities;establish a robust management system,provide professional training for service staff to elevate service quality and tourist experiences;and strengthen the promotion of the park's cultural heritage.关键词
