Cultivation and Development Paths of"Specialized,Refined,Characteristic,and Innovative"(SRCI)"Little Giant"Enterprises:A Configuration-Based Empirical Analysis

Abstract
The cultivation and development of SRCI"Little Giant"enterprises has been identified as a highly effective pathway to promoting the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure.This study employs Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)to explore the combinatorial effects of the four core elements of specialization,refinement,characterization,and innovation on the cultivation and development of SRCI"Little Giant"enterprises.The analysis identifies two high-efficiency development paths:the"characterization-innovation"dual-drive model and the"refinement-innovation"dual-drive model.Achieving high-quality development of"Little Giant"enterprises necessitates the selection of appropriate paths and targeted measures.The analysis demonstrates that the two paths are mutually reinforcing,with the four antecedent variables synergistically enhancing the innovative capabilities of"Little Giant"enterprises.关键词
