Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of local cold compress of Qingre Jiedu Shengji recipe combined with pulsed dye laser in the treatment of patients with acne rosacea.Methods 98 patients with acne rosacea admitted from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected and classified into control group(49 cases)and observation group(49 cases)according to random control method.The control group was treated with pulsed dye laser,while the observation group was given local cold compress of Qingre Jiedu Shengji recipe combined with pulsed dye laser.The clinical efficacy after treatment and skin lesions scores[Investigator Global Assessment(IGA),skin state[Clinician Erythema Assessment scale(CEA)]and pain degree of lactic acid stimulation test before treatment and after 3 months of treatment were compared.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence within 1 year after treatment were analyzed.Results After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy in observation group(94.00%)was higher than control group(80.00%).The skin lesions,ECA scores and pain degree were reduced in the two groups,and the reductions in observation group were greater compared with those in control group(all P＜0.05).There were no statistical differences in adverse reactions and recurrence between both groups(all P＞0.05).Conclusion Local cold compress of Qingre Jiedu Shengji recipe combined with pulsed dye laser in treating acne rosacea can effectively improve the skin status,relieve the pain degree of lactic acid stimulation test,and improve the skin lesions scores,and it has definite efficacy and good safety and stability.关键词
