复方黄柏液涂剂治疗重度烧伤创面的疗效及对血管内皮功能指标的影响
Efficacy of Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating on Severe Burn Wounds and Its Influence on Vascular Endothelial Function Indicators

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of compound Huangbai liquid coating in the treatment of severe burn wounds and its influence on pain and endothelial function.Methods A total of 120 patients with severe burns in the hospital were selected from January 2021 to December 2023 as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(drug:compound Huangbai liquid coating,dose:35ml per 1%body surface area wound)and reference group(drug:iodophor,dose:35 ml Per 1%body surface area wound)by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect and recovery status after treatment and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),vascular endothelial function indicators[blood endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),circulating endothelial cells(CEC)]and inflammatory mediators[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-12(IL-12)]before treatment and after 14 days of treatment were comPared between the observation group and the reference group.Results Compared with the reference group(85.00%),the total effective rate in the observation group(98.33%)was significantly increased(P＜0.05).Compared with the reference group,the wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shortened,and the VAS score was significantly reduced(P＜0.05).The levels of vascular endothelial function indicators(ET-1,NO,CEC)and inflammatory mediators(TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-12)were declined significantly in the observation group compared with those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound Huangbai liquid liniment has a significant effect on treating severe burn wounds,which can significantly relieve pain of patients,promote the recovery of wound and vascular endothelial function,and down-regulate inflammatory response of the body,with promotion and application value.关键词
