Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of lauromacrogol injection and bleomycin A5 combined with 595 nm pulsed dye laser in the treatment of infantile mixed hemangioma.Methods A total of 200 infants with mixed hemangioma were treated from dermatology department of Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were selected.The children were randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.Group A was treated with lauromacrogol injection combined with 595 nm pulsed dye laser,and group B was treated with bleomycin A5 combined with 595 nm pulsed dye laser.In addition,30 infants with mixed hemangioma who did not receive treatment were selected as the control group.The clinical efficacy and clinical data of the children were analyzed,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate of group A(97.00%)was significantly higher than that of group B(71.00%),and group B was significantly higher than that of the control group(16.67%)(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in group A(71.00%)was slightly lower than that in group B(77.00%)(P＞0.05).The total effective rates of skin lesions in the face,neck,limbs and trunk were 94.59%,96.88%,74.42%and 68.63%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between boys and girls(85.92%,82.95%)(P＞0.05).The total effective rates(91.67%,79.17%,62.50%)of children aged＜1 year,1-3 years,3-6 years were significantly different(P＜0.05).The total effective rate(93.18%,82.93%,60.00%)of children with skin lesions＜1 cm2,1-5 cm2,and＞5 cm2 were significantly different(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with bleomycin A5,lauromacrogol injection combined with 595 nm pulsed dye laser has significant efficacy and high safety in the treatment of children with mixed hemangioma,which is an ideal method for the clinical treatment of infantile mixed hemangioma.In addition,the curative effect of infantile mixed hemangioma is related to the site of skin lesion,the area of skin lesion and age.关键词
