Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of triamcinolone acetonide injection combined with fractional CO2 laser on the regression of hypertrophic scar.Methods A total of 180 patients with hypertrophic scar who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=90)was treated with fractional CO2 laser,and the observation group(n=90)was treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection combined with fractional CO2 laser.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The inflammatory factors of the two groups were detected before treatment and 6 months after treatment.To evaluate the hypertrophic scar of the two groups before and 6 months after treatment.The skin characteristics of the two groups were measured,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results 6 months after the end of treatment,the serum levels of Interleukin-6(IL-6),Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and Interferon-γ(Ifn-γ)in the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group.IFN-gamma)levels were significantly reduced,and the observation group is lower than the control group(P＜0.05).6 months after the end of treatment,the scores of scar thickness,color,flexibility,vascular distribution and the total score of Vancou verscar scale(VSS)in the observation group and the control group were significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).6 months after the end of treatment,the area,pigment content,water content,and oil content of scars in the observation group and the control group were significantly improved,and the area,pigment content,and water content of scars in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the oil content of scars between the two groups(P＞0.05).Compared with the control group(13.33%),the total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group(3.33%)was lower(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group(82.22%),the total effective rate of the observation group(94.44%)was higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion triamcinolone acetonide injection combined with fractional CO2 laser can effectively promote the regression of hypertrophic scar,and the curative effect is significant.It can also effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of patients,improve the skin characteristics,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
