Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of picosecond laser in tattoo therapy.Methods 36 cases of tattoo removal admitted to Cangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected.All were given picosecond laser,and all were treated 3 to 4 times,1 month apart.The therapeutic effect,pain score at different time,aesthetic evaluation after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were evaluated.Results After treatment,6 cases were cured(16.67%),14 cases were effective(38.89%),12 cases were improved(33.33%),4 cases were ineffective(11.11%),and the total effective rate was 88.89%.The scores of visual analog scale(VAS)of tattooed patients increased at 6 h after treatment,and decreased at 12 h after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,10 cases(27.78%)were very satisfied,14 cases(38.89%)were satisfied,5 cases(33.33%)were dissatisfied,and the aesthetic satisfaction rate was 86.11%.During treatment,there were 0 cases of blisters(00.00%),1 case of erythema(2.78%),1 case of pigmentation(2.78%),0 cases of infection(00.00%),and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.56%.Conclusion Picosecond laser therapy for tattooing has high efficacy,good aesthetic evaluation,obvious relief of pain and good safety.关键词
