金嗓散结胶囊联合支撑喉镜下CO2激光切除术治疗声带息肉的效果分析
Analysis on the Effect of Jinsang Sanjie Capsule Combined with Support Laryngoscope CO2 Laser Resection in the Treatment of Vocal Cord Polyps

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Jinsang Sanjie capsule combined with support laryngoscope CO2 laser resection in the treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods 100 patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into laser group(support laryngoscope CO2 laser resection)and combined group(Jinsang Sanjie capsule combined with support laryngoscope CO2 laser resection)according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment effect,voice function[normalized noise energy(NNE),frequency perturbation,harmonic-to-noise ratio(HNR),proportion of normal mucosal wave,proportion of symmetrical and periodic amplitude of vocal cord vibration],serum factor indicators[hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),neuneuocyte count(NEUT),and cytokeratin 18(CK18)],recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.00％,significantly higher than 84.00％of the laser group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the NNE and frequency perturbation of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the laser group,the HNR,proportion of normal mucosal wave,and the proportion of symmetrical and periodic amplitude of vocal cord vibration were significantly higher than those of the laser group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the H2O2,VEGF,NEUT and CK18 levels of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the laser group(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the combined group was 2.00％,significantly lower than 16.00％of the laser group(P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(16.00％vs.8.00％)between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Jinsang Sanjie capsule combined with support laryngoscope CO2 laser resection has significant effect in the treatment of patients with vocal cord polyps,which can improve the voice function and local inflammation,and reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
