On the Exploration and System Construction of Agricultural Heritage Disciplines

Abstract
Originating from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations'concept of globally important agricultural heritage,China's agricultural heritage has essentially completed its theoretical framework over the past two decades and now stands at a pivotal juncture,transitioning from an"academic"focus to a"disciplinary"one.This inevitable shift towards disciplinarity is driven not only by an academic imperative to respond to historical traditions,national strategies,and contemporary realities but also by the inherent laws of disciplinary development,supported by robust theoretical groundwork and disciplinary foundations.Disciplinary positioning is the core logic that underpins the legitimacy and value of a field of study.The transformation of agricultural heritage into a discipline should be approached with strategic foresight,maintaining a global outlook while rooted in local contexts,emphasizing interdisciplinary integration,and aiming for practical application.This disciplinary evolution encompasses a diverse array of stakeholders and influences.Currently,it is crucial to enhance top-level design to steer the establishment of a robust institutional framework,foster internal organizational collaboration to collectively build a disciplinary community,and expand external social partnerships to create a multifaceted support system.Additionally,leveraging the disciplinary insights from the study of intangible cultural heritage is essential.关键词
