电动吸痰器联合全自动洗胃机在急诊中毒救治中的应用效果
Application Effect of Electric Sputum Aspirator Combined with Fully Auto-matic Gastric Lavage Machine in Emergency Treatment of Poisoning

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of electric sputum aspirator combined with fully automatic gastric lavage machine in emergency treatment of poisoning.Methods A total of 90 patients with poisoning were selected and divided into the reference group(45 cases,intervened by artificial gastric lavage)and the study group(45 cases,intervened by electric sputum aspirator combined with fully automatic gastric lavage machine)according to different treatment methods.The clinical related indexes,comfort and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The gastric lavage operation time,clinical symptom relief time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group,and the residual amount of gastric lavage fluid was less than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).The scores of each dimension of GCQ in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the research group was 2 22％,significantly lower than 17.78％in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Electric sputum aspirator combined with fully automatic gastric lavage machine has significant effect in the treatment of emergency poisoning,which is beneficial to shorten the gastric lavage time and symptom relief time of patients,reduce the residual amount of gastric juice of patients,improve the comfort of patients,reduce the incidence of complications of patients,and accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients.关键词
