On Cultivating Practical Talents in Rural Areas of Border Minority Areas:Based on the Survey of 12 Counties(Autonomous Counties)in 3 Provinces(Autonomous Regions)

摘要

Abstract

The construction of a rural practical talent team serves as a crucial starting point for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In border minority areas,there is a significant shortage of rural practical talents,with a particularly large gap in resettlement centers,where local residents possess greater adaptability advantages.This shortage can be mitigated to some extent through targeted training of rural agricultural technicians,the execution of a special plan for rural revitalization involving village-level assistants,the formulation of preferential policies,and a focus on people-oriented management.It is recommended to establish vocational schools dedicated to cultivating practical talents in the ethnic regions of border areas,emphasizing the key and challenging aspects of local"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"work,and integrating multiple forces to foster rural practical talents in these regions.
