高强度聚焦超声联合宫腔镜电切术治疗胎盘植入性疾病的临床价值
Clinical Value of High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound Combined with Hystero-scopic Resection in the Treatment of Placenta Accreta Spectrum

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)combined with hysteroscopic resection(HR)in the treatment of placenta accrete spectrum(PAS).Methods 55 PAS patients admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(27 cases)and control group(28 cases).The observation group was treated with HIFU combined with HR,and the control group was treated with HR.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).No statistical difference was found in the operation time between the two groups(P＞0.05).The incidence of postoperative retained placental tissue in the observation group was 7.41％,significantly lower than 32.14％in the control group(P＜0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidences of postoperative intrauterine adhesions and fever between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions HIFU combined with HR in the treatment of PAS can significantly reduce the intraoperative blood loss and the risk of complications,which is safer and more effective.关键词
