Abstract

Agriculture-related universities serve as the primary hub for cultivating new talents who possess both knowledge of and a passion for agriculture,and they are crucial venues for the implementation of farming-reading education.In the contemporary era,the conduct of farming-reading education by these institutions is essential not only to meet the objective demands for training national agricultural science and technology talents but also to foster the endogenous driving force and address the inevitable requirements of the significant strategy of national rural revitalization.By thoroughly exploring the logical pathway between farming-reading education at agriculture-related universities and rural revitalization,and by examining the high degree of consistency between the two in terms of value orientation,development models,and effectiveness,we can identify the latent issues within the process of rural revitalization empowered by such education.This exploration provides macro-level guidance for the construction of farming-reading education at these universities,emphasizing the need to strengthen ideological guidance,enhance the quality of practical teaching,and optimize coordination mechanisms.Consequently,this approach aims to stimulate the endogenous power of farming-reading education at agriculture-related universities,thereby better equipping them to empower rural revitalization.
