产教融合背景下现场工程师人才培养模式探索
Exploration on the Talent Cultivation Model for On-site Engineers of Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Equipment under the Background of Industry-Education Integration:Taking Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture as an Example

Abstract
Cultivating engineer talents with practical ability,innovative literacy,and interdisciplinary knowledge is pivotal for advancing agricultural technological progress and achieving efficient,sustainable development.However,the current cultivation of on-site engineers encounters numerous challenges,including the disconnection between talent cultivation and industry demands,a shortage of teaching staff,and an imperfect industry-education collaborative mechanism.This paper addresses these issues by focusing on innovating the talent cultivation system,the professional curriculum system,and the collaborative education mechanism.It emphasizes the integration of theory with practice,systematically imparting knowledge and skills related to intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment,and incorporating interdisciplinary knowledge.The primary objective is to cultivate students'comprehensive abilities and practical problem-solving skills.Consequently,a talent cultivation model for on-site engineers of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment within the context of industry-education integration is explored,offering new ideas and approaches for the development of on-site engineers in the field of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment.关键词
