中度唐氏综合征儿童空间工作记忆训练的干预研究
Spatial Working Memory Training Intervention for Children with Moderate Down Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:The present study was to investigate whether children with moderate Down syndrome(DS)exhibit deficits in spatial working memory(SWM)capacity and to determine if specific cognitive training interventions can augment their SWM abilities.Methods:We initially compared the SWM capacity of 30 children with moderate DS to that of 30 age-matched typically developing(TD)children.Subsequently,the DS children were divided into two matched groups:the train-ing group participated in 15 sessions of SWM training tasks,whereas the control group engaged in 15 sessions of color com-parison tasks unrelated to memory.Results:DS children exhibited a significantly lower SWM span compared to the TD children.Critically,after completing the SWM training,the DS training group demonstrated a significant improvement in SWM span compared to the DS control group.Conclusion:Our results indicate that children with moderate DS exhibit im-pairments in SWM capacity.However,it is encouraging to note that their SWM abilities can be effectively enhanced through 15-days SWM training interventions.Further research is warranted to investigate the transfer effects of the training and the influence of individual difference factors on the training outcomes.关键词
