广西瓠瓜种质资源调查收集与鉴定分析
Investigation,collection and identification of bottle gourd germplasm re-source in Guangxi

Abstract
From 2015 to 2021,through census collection and systematic surveys,bottle gourd resources were collected,surveyed,and identified in 14 cities,49 counties(county-level cities,districts),and 81 townships in Guangxi.A total of 59 germplasm resources were subjected to field phenotypic identification and resource evaluation,and their distribution,classification,and excellent resources were organized and analyzed.The results showed that the 59 bottle gourd germ-plasm resources collected in Guangxi were mainly distributed in the northern and western regions,with the majority con-centrated in areas at an altitude from 0 to 250 meters.The main types of bottle gourd germplasm in Guangxi were thin-waisted type,gourd-shaped type and pear-shaped type.Six bottle gourd germplasm resources with excellent charac-teristics were selected,including Minxing gourd,Jianxing gourd,Viewing gourd of niubai,Licun gourd,Spoon bottle gourd of duimianling,Shaiheping gourd.At the same time,suggestions were put forward,such as continuing to carry out the introduction and collection of bottle gourd germplasm resources,strengthening the excavation and utilization of excel-lent germplasm based on market orientation,and strengthening the protection of germplasm resources,which provide references for advancing the breeding and promotion of bottle gourd.关键词
