Research on the Impact of Various Aroma Components in Reconstituted Tobacco Sheets on Sensory Quality
摘要
Abstract
This paper systematically elaborated the influence of various aroma components in reconstituted tobacco sheets on sensory quality during combustion and inhalation,focusing on their physicochemical properties,pyrolytic behaviors,and functional mechanisms.It compre-hensively reviewed the effects of process parameters,raw material sources,and conventional chemical components on the content and release kinetics of aromatic substances in reconstituted tobacco sheets.This paper provided novel insights for optimizing flavoring processes and en-hancing the aromatic profile of reconstituted tobacco sheet through multi-dimensional analysis of critical technical parameters and raw materi-al compositions.关键词
