复方丹参滴丸治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的系统评价与Meta分析
Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills for the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills in treating the acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on Compound Danshen Dropping Pills for the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were retrieved from PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,VIP,CNKI,and WanFang databases,with the search time ranging from database inception to September 20,2024.Meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5.4 software.Results:A total of 10 RCTs involving 1 017 patients were included.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,the experimental group significantly improved the overall clinical effi-cacy rate[RR=1.25,95％CI(1.17,1.33),P＜0.000 01],reduced plasma viscosity[MD=-0.25,95％CI(-0.45,-0.05),P=0.01],high-shear whole blood viscosity[MD=-0.79,95％CI(-1.28,-0.29),P=0.002],and low-shear whole blood viscosity[MD=-1.68,95％CI(-3.29,-0.07),P=0.04].There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in reducing fibrinogen levels[MD=-0.18,95％CI(-0.76,-0.40),P=0.54].Conclusion:Based on the existing evidence,Compound Danshen Dropping Pills are effective in treating the acute exacerbation phase of chronic pulmonary heart disease,significantly improving plasma viscosity,high-shear whole blood viscosity,and low-shear whole blood viscosity.关键词
