脓毒症胃肠功能障碍中医用药规律的数据挖掘研究
Analysis on the Rule of TCM Medication in Gastrointestinal Dysfunction of Sepsis Based on Modern Literature Data Mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in gastrointestinal dysfunction of sepsis through modern literature data mining.Methods:By searching the literature related to the use of TCM in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis published in CNKI database,VIP database,Wanfang Data-base,China Biomedicine,Web of Science and PubMed from 1949 to October 1,2024,SPSS data mining software was used to analyze the medication regularity of gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis,the sex and taste of common-ly used drugs,their efficacy,and the pairs and combinations of commonly used drugs.Results:A total of 221 ef-fective prescriptions were included,among which rhubarb,licorice and magnolia officinalis were the most frequent medicines.The efficacies of the drugs were mainly categorized into qi-supplementing,purgative,and qi-regulating medicines.The distribution of four natures showed that Warm appeared 450 times,Cold 424 times,and Neutral 315 times.For the five flavors,Bitter topped the list with 1 024 occurrences,followed by Sweet at 763,and Pun-gent at 604.Meridian tropism analysis revealed Spleen meridian involvement in 1145 instances,Stomach meridian in 1 015,and Lung meridian in 772.In association rule analysis,the top three two-item combinations were rhu-barb-natrii sulfas,licorice-pilose asiabell root,and rhubarb-apricot kernel.For three-item combinations,the lead-ing ones were rhubarb-natrii sulfas-citrus aurantium fructus immaturus,rhubarb-natrii sulfas-magnolia bark,and rhubarb-natrii sulfas-licorice.The foremost three-item combinations included rhubarb-natrii sulfas-citrus auran-tium fructus immaturus-magnolia bark,white atractylodes-rind of tangerine-fungus-alisma,and citrus aurantium fructus immaturus-natrii sulfas-magnolia bark-rhubarb.Drug complex network analysis categorized them into sev-en classes:class one included Chinese yam,white lablab bean,amomi fructus,coix seed,white atractylodes,fun-gus,licorice,rind of tangerine,pilose asiabell root,patchouli,six god curd,pinellia,coptis,scutellaria,jujube,gin-seng,dried ginger,caulis bambusae in taeniis,radish seed,areca nut,peach kernel,red peony,shell of citrus,mag-nolia bark,citrus aurantium fructus immaturus,rhubarb,natrii sulfas,astragalus;class two consisted of aucklandiae radix;class three encompassed angelica sinensis,ligusticum chuanxiong,white peony root,dandelion,trichosanthes kirilowii maxim,rehmannia,scrophularia,ophiopogon,forsythia,honeysuckle,salvia;class four involved ginger,bu-pleurum;class five included aconite,asarum;class six comprised patrinia herb,bitter apricot seed,notoginseng;and class seven was cinnamon twig.Conclusion:In treating sepsis-induced gastrointestinal dysfunction with TCM,it is crucial to adopt a holistic approach focusing on both symptoms and root causes,emphasizing the protection and strengthening of the spleen and stomach functions,aiming fundamentally at supporting the body's vital energy,and symptomatically at promoting bowel movements and reducing heat.关键词
