登革热中医药研究的知识图谱可视化分析
Knowledge Graph Visualization Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research on Dengue Fever

Abstract
Objective:To explore the preface hotspots and development trends of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)research on dengue fever based on bibliometrics analysis.Methods:TCM study for dengue fever in the past 15 years were retrieved in CNKI.CiteSpace6.2.6 software was used for visual analysis to build a knowledge graph.Results:A total of 136 articles were included.The total number of research scholars was 377,represented by Tan Xinghua,Liu Nan,Liu Qingquan,etc.There was a total of 141 research institutions,represented by The First and Second Affiliated Hospitals of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Guangzhou Eighth People's Hospita,and Southern Medical University and its affiliated School of Public Health,etc.The total number of key-words was 185,with dengue fever,dengue virus and antiviral treatments appearing with the highest frequency.Cluster mapping showed that the research mainly included research on TCM treatment,clinical efficacy and mecha-nism of dengue fever.The analysis of the emergent words showed that the hotspot of the TCM research on dengue fever has been transformed from the research on the characteristics of the evidence and the treatment strategy to the exploration of the molecular mechanism of the antivirus and other molecular mechanisms,as well as the sum-mary of the research progress and the mining of the data of traditional Chinese medicines,and so on.Conclusion:This study employs knowledge graph analysis to investigate the research hotspots and development trends in the field of TCM for the treatment of dengue fever,providing reference directions for future research.关键词
