内河通航水域水上新业态监管困境与对策探析OA

Taking the waters of the Yuyao River in Ningbo as a typical sample for a comprehensive and in-depth analysis,this paper focuses on the challenges for the supervision of new water-based business forms in inland navigable waters and analyzes the supervision measures already taken and the main existing problems by describing the multielement status of new water-based business forms activities in the Yuyao River waters.Based on the above,this paper proposes a series of targeted and operational supervision suggestions,aiming to provide a solid theoretical reference and guidance for the efficient supervision of new water-based business forms in inland navigable waters,thereby ensuring water activity safety and promoting the healthy,orderly,and vigorous development of new water-based business forms.
