摘要
Abstract
This paper suggests applying the full-cycle health management of seafarers serving onboard passenger ships in ensuring the protection of the rights and interests of seafarers and promoting the transformation of public safety governance mode to prevention in advance.It focuses on the full-cycle health management of seafarers serving onboard passenger ships,explores the management countermeasures in view of practice to provide reference for the health management of the seafarers.关键词
