Abstract
[Objective]This paper addresses the"Dialysis Access Interference"and"Imminent Repeat DF(Dialysate)Pressure Self-Test"alarms occurring in the B.Braun Dialog+hemodialysis machine,analyzing the faults and proposing solutions to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of patient treatment.[Methods]By examining the working principles of the hemodialysis machine,a step-by-step troubleshooting approach was adopted to gradually identify the source of the faults.[Results]Both aforementioned faults were resolved,the device passed the self-test,and normal operation was restored.[Conclusion]A single fault may have multiple causes.This study provides a reference method for the rapid diagnosis and repair of similar faults in hemodialysis machines,offering significant practical value for ensuring the smooth implementation of hemodialysis treatment.关键词
