近年来,内河双舷侧大舱口散货船从事渣土碎石运输业务愈发普遍,由于暴力装卸作业和船东缺乏安全生产意识,导致船体结构损坏,极易引发安全风险.通过两起事故案例,排查了清远辖区846艘普通散货船,分析了装运过渣土碎石的散货船船体结构普遍存在的船舶缺陷和个别构件失稳变形的共性,从而提出建议对策,进一步提升船舶结构的安全性,降低发生船舶断裂的风险.

In recent years,double-side large-hatch bulk carriers for inland water voyages have been increasingly engaged in the transportation of muck and crushed stones.Due to violent loading and unloading operations and the lack of safety production awareness among shipowners,the hull structures can be damaged,which can easily lead to safety risks.Taking two accident cases as examples,with 846 general bulk carriers reinspected in the Qingyuan area,this paper analyzes the common ship defects and the commonalities of instability and deformation of individual components that generally exist in the hull structures of bulk carriers for muck transportation,and puts forward proposed countermeasures,aiming at further improving the safety of ship structures and reducing the risk of ship fractures.
