18～50岁青年缺血性脑卒中患者中医体质分布与危险因素的分析
Analysis of the TCM Constitution Distribution and Risk Factors in Ischemic Stroke Patients Aged 18～50 Years Old

Abstract
Objective:To explore the main TCM constitution types,common risk factors and the relationship be-tween TCM constitution and risk factors of ischemic stroke in young people,and to provide theoretical reference or diagnosis and treatment guidance for the early prevention of ischemic stroke in young people.Methods:Young pa-tients with ischemic stroke who were newly admitted to Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected.Relevant medical records were collected and analyzed.Results:The most common TCM constitution types of young patients with ischemic stroke were phlegm-damp-ness,qi-deficiency,damp-heat and yin-deficiency,accounting for about 80％of the total number.The risk factors were hypertension,overweight and hyperlipidemia.The binary logistic regression analysis showed that phlegm-dampness was positively correlated with lack of exercise and stroke history,and negatively correlated with hyper-tension,hyperlipidemia and overweight.Qi deficiency was positively correlated with hyperlipidemia and TIA,and negatively correlated with lack of exercise,stroke history,patent foramen ovale,overweight and atrial fibrillation.Damp-heat constitution was positively correlated with lack of exercise,hypertension and overweight.Yin deficien-cy constitution was positively correlated with staying up late.Conclusion:The main constitution types of ischemic stroke in young people are phlegm-dampness,qi-deficiency,damp-heat and yin-deficiency.There is a correlation between the main TCM constitution types and risk factors.关键词
