解毒祛瘀片联合负压封闭引流技术治疗肢体创伤后感染性创面的临床研究
Clinical Efficacy of Jiedu Quyu Tablets Combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage Technique in Treating Infected Wounds after Limb Trauma

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Quyu Tablets combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage(VSD)technique in repairing infected wounds after limb trauma and its impact on serum inflammatory factor levels in patients.Methods:62 patients with post-traumatic infected wounds were divided into an observa-tion group and a control group based on different treatment methods.Both groups received debridement,dressing changes,and symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with VSD technique,while the observation group received Jiedu Quyu Tablets combined with VSD technique.2 weeks after treatment,the wound healing ex-cellence rate,treatment duration,complication occurrence,VAS scores before and after treatment,and serum in-flammatory factor levels one week after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:2 weeks after treatment,the excellent healing rate of wounds in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The wound healing time,infection clearance time,antibiotic usage time,and hospital stay in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).One week after treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),serum amyloid A(SAA),and erythro-cyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in both groups decreased,with lower levels observed in the observation group.Con-clusion:The addition of Jiedu Quyu Tablets to VSD technique for treating infected wounds after limb trauma is highly effective,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms and serum inflammatory factor levels.关键词
