Abstract
Under the background of achieving the goal of net zero greenhouse gas emissions in international shipping,low flash point fuel and battery powered ships are gradually becoming the mainstream of the shipping market,but the training for seafarers on board ships using low flash point fuel is still in its infancy.In order to provide high-quality talent support for realizing the green transformation of the shipping industry,this paper collects relevant information both at home and abroad,investigates relevant enterprises and training institutions,analyzes the current status and existing problems of the training for seafarers on board ships using alternative fuels,and puts forward relevant suggestions for solving the problems of seafarer training from multiple perspectives.关键词
