Abstract
[Objective]To explore and analyze the predictive value of abdominal ultrasound detection of uterine artery blood flow parameters for fetal growth restriction and threatened miscarriage.[Methods]From February 2022 to December 2023,30 pregnant women with fetal growth restriction,30 pregnant women with threatened miscarriage,and 30 pregnant women with normal pregnancy who were admitted to Kaifeng Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected for a control study.They were respectively included in the fetal growth restriction group,threatened miscarriage group,and control group.All pregnant women underwent abdominal ultrasound examination to measure uterine artery blood flow parameters and analyze the value of each parameter in predicting fetal growth restriction and threatened miscarriage.[Results]Compared with the control group,the fetal growth restriction group had significantly higher peak systolic/diastolic flow velocity(S/D),pulsatile index(PI),and resistance index(RI)in the uterine artery blood flow parameters(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the S/D,PI,and RI of the threatened abortion group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The sensitivity of S/D,PI,and RI in predicting fetal growth restriction was 81.62%,86.34%,and 82.00%,with specificity of 85.73%,91.50%,and 93.48%.The sensitivity of S/D,PI,and RI in predicting threatened miscarriage was 85.79%,84.60%,and 78.63%,while the specificity was 87.92%,88.65%,and 85.30%.[Conclusion]There are significant differences in uterine artery blood flow parameters between pregnant women with fetal growth restriction or threatened miscarriage and normal pregnant women.Abdominal ultrasound monitoring of uterine artery blood flow parameters has a high efficiency in predicting fetal growth restriction and threatened miscarriage,and is worth promoting.关键词
