改良青龙摆尾针刺法联合拔罐治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床研究
Clinical Study on Modified Green Dragon Wagging Tail Acupuncture Combined with Cupping in Treatment of Lumbar and Back Myofascitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the modified green dragon wagging tail acupuncture combined with cupping in treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis(LBM).Methods:100 patients with LBM,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified green dragon wagging tail acupuncture combined with cupping,30 minutes of acupuncture and 10 minutes of cupping,once per day,5 times per week,for a total of 2 weeks.The control group was treated with even reinforcing and reducing acupuncture combined with cupping,and the treatment course was the same as that of the treatment group.The scores of TCM symptoms,VAS,ODI and PSQI were observed before the treatment,at the end of the treatment and during the 3-month follow-up.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The scores of TCM symptoms,VAS and ODI were significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups,which showed that both treatment methods could significantly improve the disease conditions of the LBM patients.The scores of TCM symptoms,VAS and ODI were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group at the end of the treatment and during the 3-month follow-up(P＜0.05),indicating that the effect of the modified green dragon wagging tail acupuncture combined with cupping was more significant.The score of PSQI was improved after the treatment and during the 3-month follow-up compared with that before the treatment in the two groups,and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group than that in the control group(P＜0.05),which reflected that the improvement of sleep quality was more significant in the treatment group than that in the control group.Conclusion:Modified green dragon wagging tail acupuncture combined with cupping can effectively reduce the score of TCM symptoms,relieve the degree of pain,and improve the function of lumbar activities of the LBM patients,with a remarkable long-term effect.关键词
