针刺六阳经输穴联合催气运动法治疗肩袖损伤的临床研究
Clinical Study on Needling Shu Acupoints of Six Yang Meridians Combined with Qi-Stimulating Motion Acupuncture in Treatment of Rotator Cuff Injury

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of needling Shu acupoints of six Yang meridians combined with Qi-stimulating motion acupuncture in treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods:A total of 66 patients with rotator cuff injury were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 33 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with needling Shu acupoints of six Yang meridians combined with Qi-stimulating motion acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 4 courses.The Constang-Murley Score(CNS)and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)scores were observed before the treatment,after 4 courses of the treatment and 1 month after the last treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy and safety rating were compared between the two groups.The scores of Visual Analog Scale(VAS)were observed before the treatment,after the first treatment,after 4 courses of the treatment and 1 month after the last treatment;moreover,in the observation group,the VAS scores were recorded after needling Shu acupoints of three Hand Yang meridians and needling Shu acupoints of three Foot Yang meridians after the first treatment,respectively.Results:The VAS score showed no significant reduction after the first treatment of needling Shu acupoints of three Hand Yang meridians combined with Qi-stimulating motion acupuncture,but the VAS score was significantly decreased after needling Shu acupoints of three Foot Yang meridians combined with Qi-stimulating motion acupuncture(P＜0.05).After the first treatment,only the observation group showed significant decrease in the VAS score(P＜0.05).The scores of VAS and HADS were lower after 4 courses of the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the CMS was significantly higher after the treatment than that before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);the improvements of the above indicators were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in the score of HADS-D between the two groups after the treatment(P＞0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.90％(30/33),which was higher than 84.85％(28/33)of the control group(P＜0.05).During the follow-up,the indicators of the observation group were still better than those of the control group.There were no adverse events in both groups.Conclusion:Needling Shu acupoints of six Yang meridians combined with Qi-stimulating motion acupuncture has a better clinical efficacy in treatment of rotator cuff injury,with a significant immediate analgesic effect.The therapy can effectively improve shoulder discomfort,alleviate anxiety and depression,and enhance life quality of the patients.关键词
