基于"阳气来复"理论探讨温针灸联合温脉通络丸治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床研究
Clinical Study on Needle-Warming Moxibustion Combined with Wenmai Tongluo Pill in Treatment of ASO of Lower Limbs Based on Yang-Qi Restoration Theory

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of needle-warmming moxibustion combined with Wenmai Tongluo Pill in treating arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)of lower limbs based on Yang-Qi restoration theory.Methods:A total of 90 patients with lower limb ASO(cold-dampness obstruction syndrome)were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment combined with Wenmai Tongluo Pill;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with needle-warming moxibustion.The changes in TCM symptoms scores,ABI,dorsal foot artery vessel diameter,IL-6,TNF-α and Hcy were compared between the two groups after one month of the treatment.Results:After one month of the treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms scores,the levels IL-6,TNF-α,and Hcy significantly decreased(P<0.05),and ABI and the diameter of the dorsal foot artery significantly increased in the treatment group compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%(40/45),which was significantly higher than 71.12%(32/45)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion;Needle-warming acupuncture combined with Wenmai Tongluo Pill has a definite clinical effect in treatment of ASO of lower limbs,which can significantly improve the symptoms of lower limb coldness,numbness and pain,as well as lower limb ischemia and hemodynamics,effectively inhibit inflammatory factors,and improve life quality of the patients.关键词
