经颅重复针刺手法联合化瘀通络灸治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究
Clinical Study of Transcranial Repeated Acupuncture Combined with Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion in Treatment of Vascular Dementia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of transcranial repeated acupuncture combined with Huayu Tongluo moxibustion on cognitive function and cerebral blood flow perfusion in patients with vascular dementia.Methods:60 patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were given routine medication to control basic diseases and Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablet.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with Huayu Tongluo moxibustion,and the treatment group was treated with repeated transcranial acupuncture combined with Huayu Tongluo moxibustion.The treatment duration was one month.The scores of mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scale and Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scale,Hcy concentration and transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)examination were evaluated before and after the treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of MMSE scale and MoCA scale were increased after the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the increases were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The Hcy concentration was decreased after the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was more obvious.TCD examination showed that the cerebral blood flow velocity was significantly increased after the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),and the velocity of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial repeated acupuncture combined with Huayu Tongluo moxibustion can significantly improve cerebral blood circulation,the scores of MMSE and MoCA,and the cognitive function of the patients,which provides new ideas for its clinical application.关键词
