航运公司安全管理体系与安全生产责任制的异同研究
Study on the Differences and Similarities between Safety Management System and Safety Production Responsibility System of Shipping Companies
摘要
Abstract
According to the newly-revised Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China,production and operation units must establish a safety production responsibility system.Meanwhile,as stipulated by Maritime Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China,it is the obligation of shipping companies to establish and operate a management system for safe operation and prevention and control of ship pollution.Based on a comparison between the safety management system and safety production responsibility system implemented by shipping companies,the paper identifies the common characteristics of the two,providing a foundation for their effective integration in the future.关键词
